Gaming Tips & Tricks

Reviews tell you whether a game is worth your time. Guides make you better at it. This page farms YouTube once a week for the guide videos players are actually watching for the games at the top of the board, ranked by views, one video per channel, every one of them linked to its creator.

Updated October 26, 2026 · Data: YouTube · Every guide is credited and linked to its creator's own channel, and nothing here is re-uploaded.

How Gaming Tips & Tricks works: YouTube is swept weekly for guide videos of the board's top 5 games; recent, long-form guides rank by views, one per channel, every video linked to its creator's channel.

Once a week, the five games at the top of the Heat Index board are searched on YouTube twice each, once for “game name plus guide” and once for “game name plus tips and tricks”. Results are filtered to titles that actually promise teaching: guides, tips, how-tos, beginner help, settings, builds, loadouts, walkthroughs. Tier lists, reviews, trailers, and raw gameplay do not qualify.

Only recent guides make the cut: nothing older than 90 days, because a patch can turn last season's best build into bad advice. Only long-form makes it either, four minutes or more, enough room to actually explain something. There is no Shorts rail here on purpose: a 40-second clip can carry a tip, but it is not a guide.

Each list holds at most five videos, ranked by view count, and only one video per channel can make a game's list, so one prolific guide-maker cannot fill the chart. A guide earns its place from players watching it, not from upload volume.

Every guide is credited to its creator and linked to the video's own watch page on YouTube. Thumbnails come from YouTube's image servers. SpawnWatch does not embed, download, or re-upload guide videos, so the views and revenue stay with the people who made them.
